- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons Flamin Hot seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Prepare the Pretzels: Chop pretzel bites into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and Flamin Hot seasoning.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, melt the butter, let it cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs and milk.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in Pretzels: Gently fold the chopped pretzel bites into the batter.
- Distribute into Muffin Tin: Fill each muffin cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Enjoy: Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flax eggs and butter with coconut oil.
