A uniquely delicious muffin combining sweet cookie batter and crunchy pretzel bites with a fiery kick from Flamin Hot seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons Flamin Hot seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the Pretzels: Chop pretzel bites into smaller pieces and set aside.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and Flamin Hot seasoning.
  4. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, melt the butter, let it cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs and milk.
  5. Combine Mixtures: Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in Pretzels: Gently fold the chopped pretzel bites into the batter.
  7. Distribute into Muffin Tin: Fill each muffin cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
  8. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
