- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg until well combined, then add vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Add green food coloring until the desired color is reached.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth; add vanilla if desired.
- Once cookies are cooled, frost generously and top with sprinkles if desired.
