Instructions
- Prepare the Halloumi: Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices, around half an inch each.
- Preheat Your Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle and Coat: Lightly coat each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Air Fry: Place halloumi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Remove when golden brown, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate halloumi in olive oil, lemon zest, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure proper cooking.
