- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme, optional)
- Assorted crackers, slices of baguette, or fresh fruit for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the unwrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the Brie.
- If using, sprinkle on the chopped nuts and herbs.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is warm and gooey.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve with assorted dippers.
Notes
Start with room-temperature cheese for even melting. Be cautious not to overbake.
