Description

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme, optional)
  • Assorted crackers, slices of baguette, or fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the unwrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon the cranberry sauce generously over the Brie.
  4. If using, sprinkle on the chopped nuts and herbs.
  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is warm and gooey.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with assorted dippers.

Notes
