Ingredients

- 1 Beef Tenderloin (about 2 pounds)
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season the Beef Tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
- In a heavy, oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides (about 3-4 minutes each) until browned.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme during the last minute of searing.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare. Aim for an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C).
- Add butter halfway through to baste the meat.
- Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain and serve on a platter drizzled with pan juices.

Pair with sautéed garlic mushrooms, roasted asparagus, or creamy mashed potatoes for a delightful meal.
