- 2 cups pecans
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the pecans, stirring to coat.
- Sprinkle in the sugar and pinch of salt, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Continue stirring for about 5 to 7 minutes until the pecans are golden brown.
- Spread the pecans on the prepared baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
