Description

Juicy turkey wings drizzled with a tart cranberry and sweet pomegranate glaze, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large turkey wings
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cranberries, pomegranate juice, minced garlic, honey or maple syrup, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs to create the glaze.
  4. Arrange the turkey wings in a large baking dish and pour the cranberry-pomegranate mixture over them, coating them evenly.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C), and roast for an additional 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving, and let the wings rest for 10 minutes.

Notes

For best results, let the turkey wings rest before serving to keep them moist.
