- 4 large turkey wings
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cranberries, pomegranate juice, minced garlic, honey or maple syrup, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs to create the glaze.
- Arrange the turkey wings in a large baking dish and pour the cranberry-pomegranate mixture over them, coating them evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C), and roast for an additional 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving, and let the wings rest for 10 minutes.
