Ingredients
- Slider buns (or pretzel bread)
- Good-quality deli ham
- Swiss or cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Garlic powder
- Mustard
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, slice your pretzel buns in half horizontally. Lay the bottom halves in the dish and layer on ham and cheese.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in brown sugar, garlic powder, and mustard until combined.
- Pour the melted butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
