- 1 cup crushed Oreos (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract; beat well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating with milk, until smooth.
- Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill each cup 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy and gradually add powdered sugar; fold in marshmallow fluff.
- Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top and serve.
Notes
Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting to maintain the shape of the frosting.
