Description

Delightful and colorful Jello Balls that are perfect for holiday gatherings, bursting with fruity flavors and a fun texture.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet of Jello (any flavor)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup fruit juice (100% juice recommended)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (optional)
  • Festive sprinkles or chopped fruits for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and dissolve the Jello in it until fully combined.
  2. Add 1 cup of fruit juice and optional coconut milk, mixing until smooth.
  3. Set up silicone molds or mini cupcake tins.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and add fruit pieces if desired.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until solid.
  6. Once set, unmold the Jello Balls and garnish with sprinkles.
  7. Serve on a festive platter and enjoy with friends and family.

Notes

Ensure water is boiling when dissolving Jello for best results. Feel free to experiment with different juice flavors and textures.
