Ingredients

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a mini muffin tray with liners or grease it.
  2. Crush the graham crackers in a food processor, then mix with melted butter and a little sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy, gradually adding the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  4. Fold in cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Divide the filling over the crusts and bake for 15-20 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Decorate with toppings like fresh berries or chocolate before serving.
