- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a mini muffin tray with liners or grease it.
- Crush the graham crackers in a food processor, then mix with melted butter and a little sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy, gradually adding the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Fold in cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Divide the filling over the crusts and bake for 15-20 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Decorate with toppings like fresh berries or chocolate before serving.
