- 2 tablespoons Olive oil or Avocado oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, thyme or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and chosen herbs. Mix well and massage into chicken legs.
- Place the legs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for extra crispiness, watching closely.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, try a splash of hot sauce or a teaspoon of honey in the seasoning blend. Always ensure chicken is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
