- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and spices. Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Crack in the eggs and beat just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes until the edges pull away from the crust and the center is set but slightly wobbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
