Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef into thin strips and mincing the garlic.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in the olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan, stirring quickly until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add the beef strips and brown for 3-5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
