Instructions

- Roll Out the Dough: Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut out circles.
- Assemble the Empanadas: Place strawberry mixture in center of each circle, fold, and seal edges.
- Egg Wash: Brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
