Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out store-bought croissant dough on a floured surface or prepare homemade dough, ensuring it is chilled.
- Slice the dough into triangles, about 4 inches wide at the base.
- Place a small dollop of Nutella at the thick end of each triangle.
- Gently roll the triangles, tucking the tip underneath to form a crescent shape.
- Place croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the egg and water, then brush over each croissant.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
