Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by rolling out the sugar cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shaping it into a pizza.
- Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
- While the crust cools, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled crust.
