  • 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough or homemade dough (flour, sugar, butter, eggs)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on fruit sweetness)
  • 2 cups assorted fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, peaches)
  • Optional toppings: nuts, shredded coconut, honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by rolling out the sugar cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shaping it into a pizza.
  3. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
  4. While the crust cools, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Slice the chosen fruits and arrange them artfully on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Optional: Drizzle honey or sprinkle nuts on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
