- 1 package chicken nuggets (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, broccoli, or bell peppers)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup with vegetables and seasonings. Mix well.
- Add the chicken nuggets to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispy top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken nuggets with tofu or chickpea nuggets. You can also use homemade sauce instead of cream of chicken soup.
